We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our furniture. Therefore, the Buyer has an initial two-day inspection period to accept the furniture and may elect to return the furniture for any reason within the two-day period. In the event the Buyer wishes to return the furniture for reasons other than damage (If for damage, please see section on Damage Claims), we will pay 100% of return shipping charges within the Continental US. (If item is a special order, please see Special Order Returns below). 

To return furniture, Buyer must notify us that the furniture is being returned within two days of receipt to obtain a return code. Buyer is responsible for repackaging furniture in the original packaging and crating or equivalent.

Strictly Wood Furniture will arrange for pick-up and transportation. (Strictly Wood Furniture is not responsible for transportation charges if Buyer makes shipping arrangements without Strictly Wood’s approval). Upon receipt of merchandise in original undamaged condition by Strictly Wood Furniture, Buyer will be refunded the cost of the furniture less the original delivery fees. (If item is a special order, please see section below pertaining to special order returns).  Strictly Wood Furniture is not responsible for carrier delays in pick-up or return.

100% of return shipping is paid by Strictly Wood Furniture. If furniture is returned damaged, Buyer will be refunded undamaged portion and must file a claim with the transportation company to receive reimbursement on items damaged in transit. If Buyer is unable to repackage furniture in the original packaging and crating, customer service will arrange for furniture to be packaged and crated by a qualified company in Buyer’s area, and cost of repackaging and crating will be deducted from the amount refunded the Buyer.

All merchandise returns for credit or refund must be authorized by Strictly Wood Furniture Co. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal and/or a 30% restocking fee. Refunds are processed once the item is back in our warehouse and has gone through inspection, and are batched through accounting monthly.  The refund usually appears on the Buyer's credit card statement within one to two billing cycles of receipt.

Special Order Returns: For orders customized to the Buyer's specifications for special design, size, wood, fabric, or finish requirements, Strictly Wood Furniture guarantees the furniture will be made to your exact specifications as agreed on the order with the quality and integrity of design consistent with all our Strictly Wood Furniture items.  Due to the nature of Special Orders, they are highly personalized to the Buyer's individual tastes and preferences and are not subject to cancellation or return unless expressly stated on the terms or the order.

Other Terms and Conditions:  Unless otherwise expressly stated, Strictly Wood Furniture shall have the right to make delivery in installments which shall be separately invoiced and paid as billed without regard to previous or subsequent deliveries.  Subject to Security Interest retained by Strictly Wood Furniture, the title to said goods and risk of loss or damages thereto pass to Buyer as follows:  F.O.B. Strictly Wood Furniture, Co. warehouses, High Point, NC.;  New York, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ ---Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer, and Buyer will take delivery promptly upon notification of delivery by carrier and will be liable for any additional charges such as demurrage, storage, and labor for failure to do so accordingly.

Except as otherwise noted on order, Strictly Wood Furniture shall not be responsible for freight, transportation, insurance, shipping, storage, handling, demurrage or similar charges.  If such charges are by the terms of sale included in the price, and increase in rates becoming effective after the order date shall be paid for by the Buyer.  Freight rates quoted by Strictly Wood Furniture are based upon best carrier available rates at the time of order, actual rates may increase or decrease accordingly.

In the event Buyer elects to cancel order prior to taking receipt of delivery, in addition to other adjustments that may apply, Buyer will be responsible for all freight, transportation, insurance, shipping, handling, storage, demurrage or similar charges incurred by Strictly Wood Furniture on behalf of the order.
